varied breakfast options central location dimmable lights poor hospitality unsure staff unacknowledged birthday
i loved the breakfast. it had so many options for food and drink. the location was awesome and we could walk everywhere quickly. our room was great with dimmable lights and heated floors in the bathroom.
hospitality was a let down for the cost of the stay. i waited over twenty minutes for a tour, but the guide had already left. the staff was unsure. my birthday was not acknowledged despite confirmation.

the hotel location was central. my room had a day bed in the window. breakfast included many hot and cold choices with healthy options.

the gym wasn't great it only had a few machines i wanted more options also housekeeping seemed optional they didn't clean my room daily i had to request it myself it felt a little annoying since i was paying for the service

The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of options. I appreciated the central location as it allowed for easy access to many attractions. The staff was attentive and helpful with all my needs. The vibe of the hotel was unique, it created a relaxing and cozy ambience.
The lighting in the room was SPARSE, it made working at night difficult.

The hotel is close to the central station and many tourist destinations. It made getting around the city CONVENIENT. The central location allowed for easy exploration of the surrounding areas.

The breakfast buffet had many choices. The food was delicious, the quality was great. The restaurant also served good dinner, I enjoyed it. The bar's ambience was fine.

happy with my stay
perfect location helpfull staff
this place located perfect. staffs are helpfull and room has size for european standard. i used the free hotel activities and vintage shopping with a fantastic guide named sarah, this girl.
during my visit, our room wasnt properly clean and they dont change the towels. despite i asked if id like it done at check in, and i also told them when we went out for dinner. i think its a saving exercise

location is excellent. this hotel is super central, and you can go walking to almost everywhere. the hotel situates near the main shopping district and is a short walk to the old town, very handy.
